We include freight costs for most destinations however it does depend on the country you live in. Please refer to the drop down menu on the main site or email your enquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you postage costs for your specific country if it varies.
Please refer to the sizing chart on the individual garment page. If you have any specific requests regarding the garments please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to help with individual size queries.
Unfortunately, we cannot change it; this is because we endeavour to get your order out within 24 hours from receiving it. If you choose the wrong style or size, you can return it as soon as you receive it. If you want to add items to your order then please just place a second order.
If your country is not listed, it means we do not ship as standard to your country however please email us your request and we will endeavor to agree a delivery cost.
If the product you have purchased is in stock, your shipment should arrive within 5 business days. You can keep track of your shipments progress on the DHL online tracking system.

All Armadillo Scooterwear products come with a one year fair wear and tear warranty. In the very unlikely event there is a product defect due to materials or construction of the garment, provided you have a copy of the original order, please return to Armadillo Scooterwear, Upton House, Baldock Street, Royston, Herts, SG8 5AY. Please advise us of the date with proof or purchase together with your address and phone number. All fair claims will be honoured. Please allow 14 days for repair.

If you are returning an item, or items, to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please note, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
If the item you received is faulty, please click here to contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Delivery charges (the P&P cost you originally paid to have the order delivered to you) are non-refundable.
- Delivery charges are non refundable so you will be refunded the full value of the items returned less the delivery charge.
- If a discount was applied to your original order, and the refund of a returned item means that the original discount would no longer apply, the amount refunded will be adjusted to reflect this.
To cancel a web order and change the delivery address, please email customer service within six hours with your order number and a description of the action to be taken. If you cancel the order later than six hours you will incur a fee of USD$25. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

We cannot accept deliveries that do not require a signature; please make sure that your method of delivery has this feature.
All returns will be refunded to you via the original form of payment, once they have been received at our distribution centre. Please allow two to three weeks for the credit to appear on your statement.
If you do not have the original invoice please provide appropriate details as reference to your original order. If you have any other questions please email us at email@example.com. This policy does not affect your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations or other legislation.

We only accept payment by credit card or Paypal on the website from most major countries.
We ask for your name, telephone number home address, email address and age for competitions, prize draws or newsletter sign ups. When a purchase is made on our site, in addition to the above, we also ask for delivery address, and payment method details. We may obtain information about your usage of our Web site to help us develop and improve it further.
