Shipping costs are paid for by us to help along the way. Please note you will incur any duty or local VAT/GST, our couriers will be in touch to sort this out with you on arrival of your parcel.
 
Please make sure you provide your business hours address for delivery as couriers will only deliver during business hours and will need a signature.

We have also included a really easy tracking system. We’ll email you as soon as your item is despatched with a consignment note number; you can use this to track your package from the moment it leaves us until the delivery is knocking on your front door. DHL and Australia Post are our chosen couriers delivering millions of packages a year worldwide in the quickest possible time.

Shipping Policy

All orders placed by midnight GMT will be despatched the next day (within 24 hours). Any order received after this will leave the following day.

All delivery addresses need to have the recipient available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

All destinations will be delivered to within five business days. You can track your shipping using the DHL or Australia Post tracking device.

It is your responsibility to make sure you provide the correct delivery details via our online ordering system. Armadillo Scooterwear is not responsible for any costs associated with resending your order if details provided were incorrect.
