Armadillo Australia are committed to customer satisfaction and will do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt, provided you have a copy of the original order, please send to Armadillo Scooterwear 8 Elite Way, Carrum Downs Victoria 3201, Australia.

We cannot accept deliveries that do not require a signature; please make sure that your method of delivery has this feature. All returns will be refunded to you via the original form of payment, once they have been received at our distribution centre. Please allow two to three weeks for the credit to appear on your statement. If you do not have the original invoice please provide appropriate details as reference to your original order.
